During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port through a pipe under pressure, along a specific heat exchange flow path inside the electric heating container, using a path designed using the principles of fluid thermodynamics to take away the high-temperature thermal energy generated during the operation of the electric heating element, raising the temperature of the heated medium, and obtaining the high-temperature medium required by the process at the outlet of the electric heater. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater according to the temperature sensor signal at the output port, so that the medium temperature at the output port is uniform; When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent overheating of the heating material from causing coking, deterioration, and carbonization, which in severe cases can cause the heating element to burn out, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
